- Missing items from order
- Food quality issues reported on receipt
Report issues within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos and order details.
Approved refunds processed via original payment method or store credit, at our discretion. Processing time varies by payment provider.
Orders via GrabFood, FoodPanda, or other platforms are subject to that platform's refund policy. Contact the platform directly for assistance.
Appam Palace reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund or replacement requests.
