At Appam Palace, we strive to provide quality food and service. Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, the following refund policy applies.

1. No Refund for Change of Mind

Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Failure to collect takeaway orders

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

2. Eligible Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Missing items

  • Food quality issues reported immediately upon receipt

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear evidence such as photos and order details.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Third-Party Delivery Platforms

Orders placed via third-party delivery platforms are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies. Please contact the platform directly for assistance.

5. Management Rights

Appam Palace reserves the right to assess and make the final decision on all refund or replacement requests.
